How to write an effective email

Hey! Guys in this article I will talk about how to write an effective email. Sometimes we can't think that how to write, what should be written, what will be better and how much to write. But when you will read this article I'm sure you will able to write better.

There are 5 steps to write an email effectively

1. Salutations 

When you starts writing an emails then you must give a best wishes like -
- Good morning Mr.(last name)
- Hello Miss(last name)
- Dear Mrs (last name)
- Mr (last name) a very good morning
- hey!(first name)

2. Opening sentence 

For opening your sentence you can write this -

- I hope you had a great start to the week.

- I trust you're doing fine
- I hope you're all  fun and frolic
- I hope this email finds you well

3. Body of the email  

Why you write the email or what you want to say through this email, write on the body and for that you can start like -

- I'm reaching out about....
- I'm getting back to you about....
- This is to follow up from....
- As discussed in the foregoing discussion...

4. Closing sentence

When you close your body you can say something about for letter reply like this -

- I look forward to hearing from you soon
- looking forward to a prompt response
- I'd appreciate to prompt attention to this matter
- Please advise, as necessary

5. Signature 

After completing your email/letter you will introduce your self like this -


- Best wishes,
- Your sincerely,
- Have a pleasant day ahead
- Best,
- Cheers!
- Sending you positive vibes,


Example :

Dear mr. Wao
